Data Recovery
Contact us via investigations@digitalmediainvestigators.com where we will make arrangements with you to ship your Ipod to us. Once we receive your Ipod we will attempt to retrieve the data. If the data cannot be retrieved off the Ipod we will refund you $30 dollars of our initial $50 fee. We will then make arrangements to send you back your Ipod or destroy it in a forensic manor. Successful data extraction is considered to be 30% or more of the data. If we are able to extract the data off your Ipod the initial $50 dollars will cover one DVD's worth of data 4.5GB's. A charge of $15 there after for each additional 4.5 GB's of data.
Repair
Contact us via investigations@digitalmediainvestigators.com and give us a description of the problem with your Ipod. We will then make arrangements with you to ship your Ipod to us. Once we receive your Ipod we will diagnose your Ipod's problem and send you are report of our findings along with an estimate for repair. We charge $15 to diagnose an Ipod unit. If you decide to have us fix the unit we will give you a $15 credit towards repair. If you decide not to repair it we will keep the $15 and ship the unit back at no additional cost to you.
